LETTUCE ANALYST

WORKING WITH THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS THAT HELP BUILD A BRGR – LETTUCE, ONIONS, TOMATOES AND GHERKINS – THIS ROLE REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO CAN SET ASIDE THEIR EMOTIONS (NO TEARS PLEASE). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • TO ENSURE THE ‘CRISP’ FACTOR OF EACH PIECE OF LETTUCE FOR LOVE AT FIRST BITE
  • ANALYSES THE TOMATOES TO ENSURE THEY’RE FROM THE SAME FAMILY AND LOOK ALIKE (THE FURTHEST BRGR.CO WILL ACCEPT ARE TOMATO COUSINS!)
  • ENSURE THE GHERKINS ARE SUITABLY SOAKED, ASSESSING THE CRUNCH, ACIDITY LEVEL AND THE TASTE OF FRESH DILL
  • MONITOR THE QUALITY OF THE CONDIMENTS AS THE SAUCES ARE PRODUCED FRESH DAILY

GRILL SERGEANT

THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO TAKE THE HEAT AND UNDERSTAND THAT THERE’S NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE. OUR GRILL SERGEANT WOULD DEMONSTRATE:

  • KEEN ABILITY TO PLAY WITH FIRE RESPONSIBLY
  • COOKING BRGR.CO’S CREATIONS TO PERFECTION AND RUNNING THE ENTIRE GRILL WITH MILITARY PRECISION
  • ENSURING THE CRISP CRUNCH OF FRIES
  • UNDERSTANDING THE SCIENCE OF HOW TEMPERATURE AFFECTS JUICE LEVELS FOR QUALITY CUTS OF BEEF

CHEESEMEISTER GENERAL / THE MATCHMAKER

AS A SOMMELIER IS TO WINE, THIS ROLE UPHOLDS THE SAME PRINCIPLES FOR CHEESE, AND CALLS FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL KEEP THEIR NOSE TO THE GROUND. ROLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • UNDERSTANDING THAT CHEESE IS “ALWAYS THE BRIDESMAID BUT NEVER THE BRIDE”
  • A MATCHMAKER AT HEART, YOU WILL PLAY CUPID WITH THE PATTY TO DEVELOP THE PERFECT AND DIFFERENT PATTY-AND-CHEESE PAIRINGS, AS WELL AS BRGR.CO SPECIALS
  • ABILITY TO SNIFF OUT CHEESE VARIETIES AND MONITOR THE STINK FACTOR IN THE KITCHEN
  • IDENTIFY CHEESE TRAITORS – WE ONLY USE THE BEST PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO FOR OUR PARMESAN TRUFFLE FRIES

BRGROLOGIST

ONE WHO, WITH PATIENCE AND DEDICATION, HAS LEARNED ALL THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT BRGRS, AND IS READY TO SHARE THAT KNOWLEDGE WITH A FORTUNATE FEW. A BRGROLOGIST WOULD:
